Effective date: 7 July 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the StockVan mobile application ("the App"), provided by StockVan ("we", "us", "the Developer"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
StockVan is a mobile inventory management tool that helps tradespeople track stock in their vans, including barcode scanning, low-stock reminders, and optional shared access with teammates.
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Solo" and "Teams" plans, monthly or annual) that unlock additional item limits and team features.
During any beta testing period, certain limits (such as item or teammate limits) may be temporarily lifted or altered. Features available during beta testing are provided "as is" and may change before general release.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account or van; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App's operation; (d) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
You retain ownership of the inventory data, photos, and other content you add to the App ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the App's functionality to you and, where applicable, to teammates you invite to a shared van.
If you invite teammates to a shared van, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that data with them. If your subscription plan changes and no longer supports the same number of teammates, we may suspend some teammates' access until you either upgrade your plan or choose which teammates to keep active, as described in the App.
The App relies on third-party services, including Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple), Supabase (backend infrastructure), RevenueCat (subscription management), and OpenAI (AI assistant). Your use of these integrated features is also subject to the respective third party's terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that inventory data will never be lost; we recommend keeping your own records for critical business data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
These Terms are between you and the Developer only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims, or other issues relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, has the right to enforce these Terms against you.
